Wasn't sure which forum to post this on, but I figured I'd do it on the W212 forum as the Shooting Brake most likely shares a lot of the same parts (incl chasis ?) as the W212 wagon (S212). Anyways, since it's not available in the states, I don't know much about it. (Diesel option is avail though!). Anyways, one of my cousins in the UK is considering trading his E Class coupe for a new Shooting Brake. Do you guys prefer the S212 or the Shooting Brake?

Also, what do you guys know about this particular vehicle?

Would you buy it of it were available in the states?

front end is awesome, but the rear reminds me too much of a ford contour.....yipes!

That was my initial thoughts in the vehicle as well. Very nice front, however, rear just doesn't do it for me. I think it looks a little but like lowered R Class from the side.
