Personally I love it on my car.. but it came with it, if I had to pay extra i'm not sure.

How much does it cost with installation?

I am not a spoiler guy, but think the small lip spoiler looks really good on my '14 E550 cabriolet.

I'd say yes. I would definitely spend $150-200 for a spoiler if I didn't already have one.

I'm really not even sure why... maybe i'm just biased... but whenever I see another E on the road I always like the look better when they have the lip spoiler.

In fact, i've just recently noticed the spoiler at the top of the rear windshield and I kinda like that too... considering getting one of those but i'm still undecided.

+++1 for lip trunk spoiler. That was the first upgrade I did. I bought mine from ebay for 89$ shipped and painted.

Honestly a lip spoiler does make the car Stand out a bit more in a good way. I got mine off of JBSPEED,one of the vendors on here. Great fit and finish! Bought some adhesive that BMW uses to put their lip spoilers from my local BMW dealer and from there it was a pretty seamless install!

Heh, I meant the spoiler that goes near the roof above the rear view window. Already have the trunk lid spoiler
