Exhaust "rattle" have a listen... this can't be normal

Exhaust "rattle" have a listen... this can't be normal
First and foremost... every car i've ever owned has had a small engine. I owned a Chrysler Fifth Avenue in college which had a 5.7l V8 but I don't count that because it was a complete piece of ****.
Anyways, for all I know, this is "normal" but i'd be shocked if it is.
I've taken the car to service to have this issue fixed and supposedly they did, but please watch the video and tell me what you think.
Any time the car is idling, this is what it sounds like. I feel like i'm driving a tin can with 100 rats inside trying to escape.

I had the same issue, most apparent when the car was cold...
this is what was repaired on my service order, haven't heard the sound since
CS DRIVER SIDE EXHAUST RATTLES LOUDLY WHEN COLD START
- HEAT SHIELD FOR EXHAUST SYSTEMREPLACE
its unacceptable for sure!

Thank you.. there doesn't seem to be any pattern as to when it happens, I took this video after driving for 3 hours in FL so the car is definitely not cold, lol
