2010 E550 P2 w/AMG Sport Package + Pano, 2015 Nissan Pathfinder
I'd go with the MB CPO one as most seem to be leaning. However, you seem to really want Pano and L shape fog lights. I'd keep looking unless you are in a rush.

Hey,
I still haven't made a decision. My family is trying to get me not to purchase it because of school if I get accepted this year to med school.
I found one with 40k miles (2012 e350 coupe, P1/P2, AMG package) at a Hyundai dealer in LA for 25.9 + tax which is a great deal, however factoring in all the tax and stuff I'm having a hard time deciding on whether to pull the plug or not. It sucks because I've always had a BMW and god, the Benz is on a different luxury level but not sure if I am making the right long term decision right now.

Call it whatever you want. Looks exactly like my previous w212, which had the wood replaced under warr...very common issue, and once replaced you really notice how faded it was...

You do realize these are two "different" cars - the first one (at non-MB dealer) is a "luxury" version with all light-color interior, while the second one (at MB dealer) is a "sport" package one with "wheels package"(18" wheels, AMG steering wheel) with all black-color interior (IMO much better looking and certainly much easier to keep clean).
What aspect of the BMW do you think is better luxury than a Merc?
V6 is enough for most, but if you find one in budget go for a 550!
