Cant help you, but maybe someone could also comment on a whistling vent fan!?!?!?
I have a high pitched whistle that is foring me to turn down the fresh air fan...it just needs a wee bit of grease - but where is it? Beside the diffuser :-) ?

Huge Thanks konigstiger! I am at work, so I took some tools out to the parking lot, Torx 25 screws (x3) and took the cover off, sprayed some lube and BAAM - no more whistle.
Such a small little thing, but it was driving (no pun intended) me crazy.
