Hello,

I have a 2007 e550 4matic:

the right front strut started leaking so i had it changed, car was perfect for a year.

Now the air ride compressor will not come on to adjust the heights and i get the message "malfunction"

Heres the tricky part...................... after checking all connections and changing the relay I discovered that if i disconnect the plug to the air suspension valve block... the pump comes on and all seems to work perfect except the malfunction light come on.

Question is, what would make this happen ?

Attached is a picture of the plug that is disconnected

there was a code: 5507 suspension strut is implausible, but i think that might have been from when the rf was changed.
