Mercedes OEM AMG E63 10 spoke wheels for sell

Hi Guys. I have a set ( 4 ) 10 spoke OEM AMG E63 wheels with OEM tires for sell. Full specs as following:

Front: 9.0 J x 19 H2
Rear: 9.5 J x 19 H2

Tires:

Front: 255/35ZR 19XL
Rear: 285/30ZR 19XL

Wheels and tires are in like new conditions. Only had less than 800 miles on them before they were switched out for 20" aftermarket wheels and tires. No scratches, crub rash or damage of any kind, just like new.

As you might know, the OEM wheels are made by HRE and dealer price is $1,800 per wheel ( no tire ). I am selling it for $5,700 ( firm ) with tires firm without shipping. If you are not local and need them ship to you within the US, it'll cost $350 extra for shipping.

Photos can be provided upon request. Please provide your email address or you can send me request for photos or details at: davidkuo0330@yahoo.com

One can purchase the same wheels, tires, TPMS and center caps all from alloywheelsdirect.net including shipping for under $5500 USD at current exchange rates. With zero miles.

That is without tires, am I correct?

You can also get China knockoffs for $600 per wheel without tires for those interested.

No, that's with the same Bridgestone tires.

They're nice wheels and tires but they're worth about $3500, not $5000+.

Contact a Mercedes dealer and find out how much they sell for.

$5,500 - $1,800 for tires plus shipping that leaves about $3,000 for the wheels and you believe that is the prices for authentic AMG wheels made by HRE? I'm willing to bet they are China knockoffs listed on EBay. Do the math and see if you arrive about the same numbers as the knockoffs.

Here are just one knockoffs from China on eBay for reference:

With all the knockoffs out there, good luck.

Hey Hyperion,

I don't know about if HRE makes all MB stock wheels, but I can confirm that HRE does make the AMG E63 ( W212 ) 10 spoke wheels. They are confirmed by MB dealers, AMG private lounge, and MBfourm members.

The wheels/tires/TPMS/center caps I quoted on alloywheelsdirect.net are the same OEM setup as you are offering, not "China knockoffs". You can research for yourself if you like, or you can remain indignant.

Furthermore, I'm not sure where you get the idea that HRE made your cast 10 spoke OEM wheels. Perhaps they're made in the same factory in Japan as HRE's "flow-form" wheels (MB sources all parts including wheels from multiple vendors) but they're not "HRE" wheels. And to be clear, they are not forged wheels either.

Anyway, good luck with the sale.

I'm am not starting a who is right and who is wrong war. The EBay post I provided which sells $699 per wheel, no tire, no TPMS and we know they are China knockoffs. That much is established, you multiply that number by 4, then you search on tiretrack.com and get the cost for the tires plus shipping ( which your source is free ) and your get about $5,500.

As another member have already asked and I've already replied. HRE does not make all of the OEM wheels for MB and that part is also established.

For a none AMG E63 owner, I would ask kindly of you to provide a source that established my wheels are not made by HRE. Thank you.

No problem man. Wow, $699 for a set of 19" wheels. The seller must be crazy for even making them and the buyer is even stupider for buying them.

No worry though. People who are interested in getting them will conduct their far share of researches before buying. I know I do.

Thanks though.

i can attest to dealer prices on wheels as i recently inquired on a set (different design but) for my coupe, AUS$6500 iirc 19" no tyres. almost fell off my seat when i was told. but i can also say that dealer prices (down here) is 2-3 times more. been searching for oem since outside dealer but no avail. i just know one thing for sure...I wont settle for an AM...E???

just to be clear, this photo is from THE LINK FROM EBAY and NOT what the OP is selling.

Sorry man. The dealer price you got quoted was for 1 wheel or the whole set ( 4 ) wheels without tires?

The reason I asked is according to online exchange rate:

6,500.00 AUD = 4,628.05 USD

And if US prices is at lease 2 times cheaper, that comes to about $2,315 and if that price is per set ( that is cheap ).

Can you share the specs of the wheels, i.e. 18" or 19" and a photo of the design of the wheel you were quoted.

Many thanks.

Question: will this size fit the w212 other than the AMG model properly? I think they will only fit AMG 63 due to wider flare on the fenders. At least the front anyway, right?

As I thought, it seems the fronts poke out just a hair too much IMO. It's a bad angle of the car above to see this, but based on that and the pic of the original car at the top, you can see the AMG car, the wheels are clearly behind the front fender at the top. I suppose if someone has the kind of $$ you are asking for the "real" AMG rims, then they also can afford to convert the front fenders and bumper to E63 style. Or in fact, that person would already have bought the E63, and maybe needs replacements. I'm not even sure if a body conversion will do it, because I believe I read somewhere that the entire front suspension geometry is a little different on E63.

I see many other threads about rims for the W212 stating that 9" is too wide for the front, you will get either slightly awkward poke-out or possibly back rub depending on offset.

don't mean to "thread jack" but I like the look if they actually fit an E550 right. I probably would just go for the reps at 1/8 the price. $5K is a bit insane for OEM wheels, there are far better looking after-market options for less if I wanted to throw out that kind of jack.

I had 20" with 9" up front and no modification of any kind. Sat flush and no rubbing whatsoever.

Good luck with you hunt.

Davidkuo0330 - those sit just right. Do you know the offsets? I think 20" would be too much for me, how do they ride compared to stock? Bumpy? My CLK430 rides pretty rough over even the slightest bumps with 19" and 35/30 series tires, but they were on there when I got the car, so no baseline for comparison. It could just be the overall suspension stiffness of the car. I also think that the very thin sidewalls affect handling negatively, but they do look great.
