2010 Mercedes E350 Coupe
iPhone 6s does not sync through BT Streaming Audio
People of Mercedes World, I need some assistance...
I have a 2010 e350 coupe and I went into the hidden menu and enabled the BT which worked great on my Samsung Galaxy 5, but now when I try to use my iPhone 6s plus with iOS 9, I can get it to answer phone calls, but cannot stream music, when I go to BT, it says iPhone connection unsuccessful.. Any ideas guys?

You need to take it to MB and get a software update. I had a 2010 e350 sedan with the exact same issue and when I got the update it worked like a champ. It cost me $135 to get the update and I think it was totally worth it.

Not sure what the options are to get to it off the top of my head, but when your on the bluetooth audio screen, select the option in the bottom left corner. View your bluetooth devices and it should take you to a new screen that shows your sync'd devices. Scroll right with the top menu item selected and you should see the "External Authorization" option there. Enter 0000 and then do the same on your phone when prompted. Few seconds later your bluetooth audio should be working.
It's a pain in the as you have to go through this process every time you turn the car off and exit the vehicle (i.e get gas)....
Car is in the shop having some work done, but I will post up a little more detail once I get it back if the above doesn't help you. I'm having the Command update done as well and hopefully it fixes the sync issue...
