Somehow I've lost the guide lines in the backup camera. I looked through all the settings but don't see anything. Also, there isn't any mention of the BU camera in the manual, paper or electronic.

Is there something I've done to lose them? How do I get them back?

If they don't come back, take to dealer.

No, no other symptoms. It's due for servicing soon so I'll have the dealer look at it. I was thinking I turned them off somehow. I've always had them before.

Something to consider: reset following COMAND manual instructions, see if you may have opened cover following OM instructions.
