I have a 2010 E350 and cannot figure out why my glove box light and the rear foot well (under seat) light are not working. I've switched bulbs with the other working lights so not them. I've noticed there is no voltage going to the socket with volt meter. I've checked the fuse chart and number 21 for the glove box is not blown. Any help on where to look next or a solution would be greatly appreciated.

 

Glove box light not working may be due to broken wire going to the glove box light switch. That was the problem with mine.

 

did you check the ambient lighting setting?
