They all look alike

The attached from CarScoops shows the newest S, E, and C class from the front. (see the full site linked below for more views) Many have commented how it is a shame that they all look the same. I don't have a strong opinion about it one way or the other. Other makers are doing the same...Audi, BMW and Lexus all look pretty similar.

What I do find curious is that they chose to show the Luxury front end of the E class. Maybe there will be a push on the W213 to return to that front end? Not sure. Yet many have commented (complained is too strong a word, yes?) that the Sport front ruined the look and wanted to keep the grille of the early W212 versions. Now, it seems, to be different you will have to take the star in the grille version. Ironic?

Also, I don't believe I have ever seen a W204 or W205 C class with a luxury front end. Is there such a thing in the US?

Subtle appearance differences. Doesn't concern me as they all look good. It's what's inside that counts.

I agree that they've become pretty much the same. I don't care as much though because I think they all look really good.

As for your question, yes, there is a W205 Luxury, as well as a W204. The W205 grille however appears to "open and close" as needed (correct me if I'm wrong).
