I don't see anything in the KBB listings for "dealer" price. Please enlighten me.

I would assume, maybe incorrectly, that the sale to the dealer would be less than trade in, or else why bother??
Wholesale auction prices is what they bought it for, kbb can't give you anything in the ball park.

if you send me the specs and the day it went through auction I'll get you whatever ran through manheim.

Occasionally some users have been able to find the exact auction price for the specific off lease car they were looking at (less shipping and auction fees)

whatever thefisch said is correct.

ELW and the CPO extended warranty are 2 different things for used mercs, you can buy an ELW for an off lease car at a non MB dealer provided its not black listed for whatever reason (buy back, formerly CPO'd) .

as thefisch when it comes to used benzs ELW>CPO (unless you put a lot of miles and then the unlimited miles might make sense)

Didn't realize the poster meant extended CPO. My bad. Thought he was referring to the ELW MB sells on their non-CPO cars still under factory warranty when he said extended warranty.
