Just did the seat switch button mod, got them off Amazon and are full buttons and not stick on covers $24 bucks. They do come with a nylon pry tool to get the old ones off. Nice stuff

Nice! TBH though the coloring is way off compared to your door handle where as the stick on ones match a lot better... not knocking changing it out for $24 bucks where as the dealer wants $200 for parts alone on the whole assembly for a W211 (my old car)

just did this as well last week and i got the same package that was the full buttons with the plastic pry tool took 5 mins and they look amazing adds some more class to the interior and not so much plastic looking things, i thought they were a little off on the finish at first as well but the more i see them the more i like em and they do match the other trims in the car so it all flows.

I suppose it's best to see them in person

They look a bit dull compare to the door handle.

The door handle in prefacelift E class is chrome whereas the button trim is brushed aluminum finish which gives the different look. I believe in the facelifted E class even the door handle is brushed aluminum and therefore it gels well.

Are you located in US? I have seen many pre facelift E classes here with chrome door handles (making me want one ). Don't know if different trim/ models specs have aluminum finish. I have the facelifted version but I would have loved the chrome door handles if it came with those.

my Mother in laws 2012 pre facelift has brushed door handles and these match them perfect. as for matching mine, i knew they would not but they still look good for 24 bucks

Sweet I have to try this as well.
OP if you haven't yet changed the pedals they can be a slight annoyance since the originals have a piece of rubber that has to be cut off of the back in a really tight space. I just did mines a couple of months ago and was annoyed when I realize I had to do yoga to get to the right angle to cut it lol.

I got some of these and they were plastic and "wavy"... the chrome was not smooth at all! Didn't even bother to put them on. Are the sets from Amazon plastic or metal?
