The Owner's Manual says to remove one screw (bolt) & the washer tank will swing aside. Really? Removal of that one bolt gives about 1/4" movement to the tank. Hardly enough to gain full access.

While both high & low beam lamp backs are accessable, and removable, there is nothing visible with a mirror and flashlight that resembles what the manual shows is the directional bulb housing.

Any help will be appreciated.
