Keep getting Code P061B after Tune

The day I downloaded a tune to my car I got this error, the car shuts down at speed....kind of scary. At first I thought it was because I was in manual mode and RPM were too high....but it happened today in auto

P061B $07E8

Internal Control Module Toque calculation Performance

Car is a 2011 E550; anyone else had this issue?

They know, I want to see what they say before I mention any names...I noticed my google search showed this issue on other cars after tuning....even a Tuned Sprinter van....anyone else had this issue?
