Miss my w212 after 36 hours with a c300 loaner
The c300 is a GREAT car. Don't get me wrong. The one I have is LOADED. BUT... It feels so small, the interior dash (black plastic looking stuff) seems very cheap, and the terrible placement for the nav screen is a huge turn off. Was debating a c63 soon, but no more. Cant wait to get my car back. WILL SAY THIS, the 4 cylinder in the c300 is pretty damn impressive though

Another one of "those" threads. Of course a C class and E class are different in many ways. If you come from an S class, the E class would feel the same way (small, cheap, noisy, less comfortable, etc.....), Nothing new there. It's all relative. We are all comfortable in our own cars. It's very unusual of dealers to give bigger cars as loaners compared to the car being serviced. When I got tired of C class and GLK loaners, I asked for something else and got GLA .

MBWorld Fanatic!
I love it when these kind of threads come up - and they often do. Makes me glad mine is not in for service.
Haven't gotten a loaded one though. I guess it depends on what you consider loaded...

I am joining this parade and talk about older S and newer E.
I has an old S for a few years and always wonder if I should get a newer E instead. Kids like the newer look so a new E joined our family. After a week, I can said that I enjoy the older S much better than the newer E. Cheers!
