No Service
I am getting a No Service message when trying to make a call. I have an android phone. I only get the message on outgoing calls. I have full service, I can make the call by using my handset. Bluetooth is fine, it connects after I have the call. I tried de-authing the phone and re-auth it, still the same message.

Does the antenna indicator is the upper right of the comand screen show a signal or no service? Perhaps the car thinks there is no service even though the phone itself shows service.
How are you entering the number to dial? I've gotten the no service message when trying to use speed dial for an entry that is not saved on the phone or if I entered an incomplete number in comand. It seems to happen when the phone rejects what the car has sent it.

Thanks, everything looks ok. I do receive calls without any issues. When I go to my call log using the car mouse, make the outgoing call from there, thats where the issue occurs. otherwise everything works well

As I stated in my original post, I did de-authed and re-authed my phone. it did not help.
What seems to help is turning-off Blue tooth on my phone, then in COMAND center. turning it back on in COMAND and then my phone. But it is temporary as the issue re-occurs after I restart my car.
