2013 E350
Steering Wheel Convenience stopped working
My 2013 E350 with 51,200 miles just stopped having the steering wheel raise/lower when getting in and out of the car. I can still adjust it manually with the stalk. I tried turning the feature off and back on (with a total shut down in between) but its still not moving when I start or turn off the car. Has this been encountered by others? thx

Mines and my seat both stopped. Left the car at a shop, they left it outside over night and all day in 100* heat. Came back to life the next day after being garaged.

Ive had this happen to me...MB replaced the motor for steering wheel height adjustment and the steering column. Had the work done 1 week before my warranty expired.

It happened to me too! The dealer said they just reset the steering system as it had thrown a error code. No parts were replaced and all is back to normal again.

Thanks for the info. I have an extended warranty (of course it happened right after 50K) so hopefully its covered.

seems like a punishment will make it works again
