Passenger headrest not latched? E350 4matic sport sedan
Hello, I have a 2012 E350 sport 4matic sedan that I just purchased this past Monday, yesterday morning I got a notification telling me that the "rear right passenger headrest is not latched" now my problem is ever since that came on i can no longer tilt back the seat all the way back it moves foward but when I tilt it back it doesn't go all the way back it stays very upright. Any ideas what the problem is? I tried looking at the manual book and nothing, I've tried everything. Any help would be appreciated!

Do you have rear folding seats? They may not be latched in an upright position. If it's latched, maybe the sensor has gone haywire.
To fix the seat recline, "Program LI91.10-P-052336 Connect SDS and program" by the stealer.
