You can activate bluetooth audio streaming in the Engineering Menu... Phone disconnect button + '1' + '#' ... hold them all at the same time for a few seconds while the ignition is in Position 2 (just turn the car on, you could be there for awhile looking through the menus lol)... I think it's in "SW Settings"... the number 7 rings a bell (maybe SW Settings is option 7, or BT audio is option 7 within that menu, or maybe I'm making all this up)

you can always buy a bluetooth adapter off ebay for your glove box , or have it activated by someone who got SDS

I have a 2010 E350 which recently (Aug 2016) got updated to the latest possible software it can take (not sure of exact details). Essentially, it can now stream BT Audio as one of the options when pressing "Disc" button. You simply have to reconnect manually every time you get into the car, which is a little annoying but certainly not a deal breaker. Didn't have to make any tweaks under Engineering menu, it all just works now. Of course, my latest iOS beta update and possibly the iPhone 7+ are having a weird issue with the audio breaking up and not streaming properly, but I'm hoping that gets fixed soon... it worked GREAT with my 6+ under iOS 10 GM.

I called Mercedes and all they said was the 2010 can't stream bt audio.
You would think they would give me more info and let me know if I update software I can stream it..
how much did it cost to upgrade the system?

I think it was something like $150 or so, not crazy... it was already in for another service, so just asked them to do it. I will try to find out what the latest COMAND version is on it and get back to you...
An update to my navigation system failed wiping the Command Center. Now my radio, CD changer and navigation are all down. The dealer said they can't fix it and that I should replace the command center.
Is there anyboby out there who can please help with this?

What do you mean by 'all down'? Is there no power to the unit? Have you tried a hard reset by holding in power button until screen goes black and then release to reboot? Did you buy the MB genuine update or a knock off from ebay? If genuine, then you should at least get your money back if it bricked comand.
I can't play the radio nor the CD player. The navigation nor the phone doesn't work either, and the control knob on the center console doesn't work either. Everything is down since the attempt Nav update.

If the hard drive was corrupt, I would think the screen would still come up and give you an error message. What happened during the nav update? Did you do it yourself?
Yes, I did it myself at first, and received an error message after inserting the second disk that said, "unable to complete update", so I took it to the dealer who tried using their update, but it failed also and this is when it wiped the command system. The first set of Disks update I bought from an authorized distributor of MB call HERE. HERE refunded the money.

That's exactly what happened, but they refused to fix it. I will get MB Corporation involve more as you suggested. I did talked to MB customer service who was willing to contribute $1,000 between them and the dealer, which I refused, because the command system cost $5,ooo to replace.
Thank you very much for your helpThefisch!

I activated BT Audio on my 2010 Mercedes E350 Coupe in the Engeneering Menu, so for sure 2010 E350 can stream BT Audio.
