Hello i have a mercedes - benz cdi . It wont start and the fault code is P0087 low rail pressure . i have changed fuel pressure sensor , and quanity valve , fuel rail pressure regulator . and fuelpump its fine it give 4 bar '. Please help me .

No fuel at all wold indicate problem with supply.
Try to open fuel filter bleeder, put some towels on top of it and cycle the ignition to see if tank pump builds the pressure
