Counting down the days until I have my MB and been coming up with some pretty weird questions. My latest one is does the eco start stop function work with Distronic? From the videos I have seen, eco start stop re-starts the car after you release the brake and step on the accelerator. How does this work with Distronic when the car brings you to a stop in bumper to bumper traffic?

The eco start/stop will shut the car off when Distronic brings you to a stop.
You may need to hit the gas to get the car moving again.

Yes, it does. However, in bumper to bumper traffic I typically press the eco button to turn it off. It's annoying.
