I think you're misreading the report. Looks like it was just getting normal service writings.
Looks like they updated/flashed/programmed (totally normal)...corrected something funny with the sunroof, and replaced batteries. No biggie.
I think when it is for sale for a while at a dealer, everything that the sales dept has done to it is billed out from the service department to the sales department...all departments at the dealer are different cost centers (that way they know which depts are making money and which aren't). So if sales sends it in for a cleaning, or because they noticed on a test drive that the sunroof squeaked, then the service dept writes it up against the sales dept (or to bill MBUSA for warranty work).

this is second owners and i checked with the dealer they changed the battery because of the low voltage issue.. i don't know how big that issue were...

Six service visits in one year does seem like a lot, but the issues detailed seem somewhat minor. Maybe just a picky owner. Two battery changes within that span of time would concern me though. Any way to get the records from 14 and 15?

I don't see any issues other than the batteries (which could have been separate issues considering I believe we have three batteries). Only other thing was a sunroof adjustment. All other software updates/flashes are pretty standard operating procedure from the dealer. Last time I went in they flashed my system without even telling me...but was listed on the paperwork. It's the only way to upload bug fixes and keep your software up to date.
If this is the second owner's Carfax, it almost looks like they purchased a dealer-specific program for car washes & service. Also, some dealers, like Sewell in Texas, offer free car washes as long as you own the vehicle...this could also explain it.
But since no real problems have been reported and no repairs (other than batteries and the sunroof), I'd say it's a good car judging only by this. And the batteries can easily be owner-induced problems. Lots of people don't understand batteries and charging systems, and therefore put extra strain on vehicle batteries.

You should get a pre-purchase inspection to rule out any major issues. They will pull info from the car diagnostics and check all systems. Also you could contact local dealer and ask for a copy of the vehicle master inquiry which will show more details on services performed in their system.
But this could just be a customer who like the free washes and coffee. Seems like a monthly car wash schedule.

1 year old post, but gave my chuckles reading the report how 1st owner was going to MB of Beverly Hills to pump up his tires.
They are not cheap from what I heard.
