ok so I diagnosed the car. It gave me a code p0356 stating ignition coil failure / secondary circuit. Any suggestions or thoughts on about this?

No code for anything else? You have 6 coils and now you need to find the bad one.

Did you follow the link posted earlier? It's in the dash. You have to open the door to access it. Here's a guy who changed his on his 2012 W212. Check out the pictures in the post. Maybe it's time for a new mechanic.

nope that's the only code for I got . I diagnosed it. What came out was that code for the ignition coil only? What do you think? Would that be the problem ?

I think it is most likely an alternator issue given the warnings you are getting. Until you get that sorted, I would not pay much attention to other warnings as the cars can act strangely when they're having voltage issues.
