2014 Mercedes Benz E-Class 200CDI
A/C Issue

Hi!
As the title states, I got issues with the ac...

It's a 2014 e-class 200cdi. ac works great on passenger side but no heat on drivers side.
The refrigerant is topped of. checked the overhead console fan and resistor.
and to my understanding it is not possible to get "codes" from this type of air control unit unless you use a star diag. No clicking sounds from steppermotors, and all the directional airflow functions are fine.
This is on every vent from window to foot well and the one in the back. From cold "af" to cold. I live in Norway so it's fairly cold in the car, specially on my feet.

Dealership was not 100% sure what it could be (shocker) If it was a malfunctioning steppermotor or a malfunctioning heater matrix or something else...

Hope you got the answer to my problem. Thank you...

I'm pretty good at fixing my cars but the job of taking apart the dashboard for swapping the heater matrix gives me nightmares...
