I have a 2010 E350. when I drive the car in highway for about 2 hours, and as I reduce speed to less than 4 MPH (traffic stop), the car shifts from D to P and the car won't move. I then have to shut off the car, remove key from ignition and restart the car. The car will drive until I am at another stop and the same thing has to be repeated.

the problem goes away if the car is parked for more than few hours. and this problem does not occur if I am driving short distances.

Has anyone experienced this with your E350?

Bulletin attachment covers concern. See if MB (not dealer) will goodwill repair given defective EZS may have been installed at production.
