What size spacers front vs rear would you recommend for a 2013 e350 with 8.5x19 38mm with 245/40/19's?

I decided to go with a bit more size wall for a better ride and know the speedo will be off a bit.

I could be wrong, but pretty sure you are going to be stuck, at least in the front. The typical suggestion on the oem 8.5x18 is 15mm front and 20mm rear. Factory wheels are et48. Where you run into an issue is that it isn't possible to run a front spacer less than 10mm. I'm not sure if you will be able to clear, especially considering you are running a larger than stock diameter tire. I'd found a set with similar offsets I like but did not jump on them for this reason.

Did you actually try fitting them on? Does it clear front suspension's pearch?

As far as spacers. For your wheels (if they fit due to tire's diameter that normally does not fit non-airmatic W212s), no spacers for the front and 10mm spacers for the rear.

For stock (et48) wheels: 5mm front with 15mm rear; or ideally 10mm front with 20mm rear.
