I am due for my next annual service. I have all the service record for when I bought the car last year and called two dealership and was told I need service A. Miles of the car ( about 26500) also indicate it is a service A I would need. But when I check the reminder, it is saying B service due in (this many days). Could it be someone forgot to reset the service indicator last time or is this how it is suppose to look, or am I just going crazy for nothing.

If it is wrong can I have the dealership set it correctly to show when the correct service is due?

If it is your third service, it should be an A2 service, maybe the last mechanic did not set the reminder right.
