W212 Towbar installation in Australia
I have just had a towbar installed by my local MB dealership. Please look at the video to see the botched job they did. The car has just been picked up for a complete second installation today. Does anyone else have this sort of bad luck?

I have my own opinions of Morrisons, you can pm me for that one.
As for the tow bar, they are Australian made tow bars as they won't/can't bring out German towbars as they apparently don't meet out ADR's. They are rebadged hayman reece towbars, admittedly you have had a pretty crappy installation job, they really shouldn't be sold as genuine towbars, they are nothing like a genuine towbar and even by Australia Consumer Laws you can arguee that they are being compleatly mis-represented when it comes to quality especially considering they are still so expensive!!!!!!

Morrisons? The licence plate holder says Mercedes bens of Sydney.

That is not the original towbar at all, looks like a joke. Ask them to remove it.
The original that I have is completely invisible when it's retracted.

You made me second guess myself where i saw morrisons mentioned, got it from this page https://mbworld.org/forums/mercedes-...ml#post4322090 It was fitted by morrisons.

E Class Towbars
Shocking fitting and what an ugly towbar.
More and more people now installing the sleeker looking Euro style towbars.
Got one on my GLC. They look great and disappear when not towing.
There are many options now available in Australia. Google Euro style towbars.
These guys have a pretty good looking W212 towbar. Bit expensive though.
