Yeah, mine was built around the same time as yours and I am not impressed with the cameras at all, especially comparing them to my 5-series. Camera looks like it should be in a Hyundai or Chevy.

But on the other hand, I am impressed with the smooth driving, steering, quietness, and overall "feel good" that it gives me (and this is me coming from a W211 E550, which I feel was one of the most elegant E-class designs).
