Does anyone know what the black tube with a yellow stripe on it is called?

its on a 2013 e350 v6

i see where it's coming from from the far left side but don't see where it connects to on the far right side of it. I think I've found where it's supposed to connect to but would like to verify before I plug it in.

I have an earlier model, but I'll hazard a guess that its a vacuum line. If you pull the air cleaner off, you will have a better view.

I discovered today it's a line part of the intake manifold but it's not sold separately.

So if it's attached to the intake manifold, perhaps it's a vacuum line? May not be a part number for it, since it could be a generic hose or tubing that comes off a reel.

What is the issue or reason you are asking this question?

did you ever find out what this vacuum line is called or what it does ? Mine snapped from the nozzle on the left hand side of the upper intake .

yes I did

so that line comes from your main manifold on top, it’s an oil line that connects to a male line on the rear of the engine.
