LED upgrades
Added LED upgrades to my 2010. DRL, and Fogs. Worked out great! Looks so much better then the yellow low light OEM lights. No voltage issues or indicators. I used Lumen led bulbs for the fogs and IJDMtoy led bulbs for the DRL's.
Fog pic was a little hard to take, lol. I'll add the DRL light pic later.

LEDs are not ideal for forward projecting lights (low beams, high beams, etc) in housing not designed specifically to capture LED surface mounted light spread. You end up with reduced throw distance, uneven lighting, and light scatter. They will be better than halogens just due to sheer brute force lumens, but not HIDs which has a spread the housing can batter leverage to project forward.

I did a complete low and high beam halogen to LED replacement on my 2015 Honda Accord and it looks like the MB has the same lens arrangement where low beam is inside a projector and hi beam is using reflector. I'm extremely pleased with the LED, i.e., low heat, long and wide beam and foremost the white light, 6500K, is super nice. Would love to do the same thing on the MB but electrical endpoint is worry me.

The halogen projectors on a 2015 Honda Accord is not design for LED lights, it will cast a wide pattern which will blind oncoming drivers. A HID retrofit would have a longer beam pattern and less blinking to oncoming traffic. As far as LED with in a reflector housing is concern, don't get me started on that, those drivers are just plain irresponsible for other driver's safety.

I'm very very conscious about the blinding to the opposite driver part so when I have it installed, first do static side by side comparison on front of a wall for width and height measurement, 2nd have my boy driving in the opposite direction to check on the glare and so far after almost 2 years, not a single flashing from opposite driver.

Also, no blinding issues with either recent upgrade, I too am concerned about this.

Azn has a point. The throw distance is not ideal for the fog replacements I added, however, they are still better then the OE bulb. The DRL's are fantastic and both are much improved over stock. I was considering a led replacement kit for my low beam projector lenses, I'll have to do more research before I pull the trigger on that. I have seen some great kits for only a few bucks ($150), if the results are the same as the recent add ons I'd be in! What I've read here, I'll prob not try it.
