What music is best with HML7? What music do you listen more?
Hello guys, I know it is a vague question and music is a personal preference, but hear me out.
My Bose QC35 are wonderful, but not al music is same for that headphones.
Bose is good at, calm, slow, smooth kind of music. The best tracks/genres/artists to test or enjoy more of Bose are:
Beatles
Alicia Keys
Ac/Dc
red hot chili peppers
Adele
Sam Smith
John Legend
If you want pop, rap etc. Beats..!
1. Now, what kind of music for Harmon Kardon Logic 7 to bring the music lively? Hope my question makes sense.
2. What music do you listen to, while driving the car with HKL7?
Until now, I downloaded music off of YT and copied to my phone, which has to be stopped and my way has to change now. So, I installed Pandora for a change, testing it out with the trail version. I heard Pandora is better to build up the music taste and once you learn what kind of music you love most, it is advised to get Spotify, to listen to those..!

I have Tidal service and love it. I get tons of exclusives from many of the most popular Hip and R&B acts. They even have free ticket giveaways and bonus content like behind the scenes at concerts and so forth. FYI - You can pay for a standard premium app with standard fidelity or a lossless high fidelity version. It's $10 and $20 monthly respectively.

Just to add the Murano I bought for my wife has a Bose system and although I think it's better then my HK overall. It can be a bit bassy for Hip Hop. I feel like the HK balances the bass out with the Hi's and Mids better.

classical music is the best for HKL7 i would guess... since its lacking a lot of bass , but pretty good for Mid and High freqs.
BUT
i barely listen to that anymore , and my fave combo for the past couple of years is ....
POWERAMP (music player) + adjusted equalizer settings (in both command + player itself , it lets me adjust it just the way i like it (more bass and not sacrificing mid and high))
meanwhile still looking for an amped sub that wouldnt take too much room in the trunk.
miss my logic 7 in e60 bmw. one of the best ones in its class...used to be

Although the H/K in the F10 is not as good as the E60, it still kicks the W203's and W211's (and possibly the W212's) *** any day.
Hell, the base system in my E39 was almost better than (or on par with) the L7 system in my W211.

The others are in the 2000s area.
Kendrick and Drake are both fairly new. Drake is extremely Pop like. He's probably the biggest pop star in the world alongside Adele and Taylor Swift currently. Kendrick has the #1 album in the US right now. It's called "DAMN" check it out if you like rap/pop.

Yep it was...all of my cars have had the H/K L7 system, all the way back to the W203. I have to say I was not (and still am not) impressed with the systems in the MB.
Although the H/K in the F10 is not as good as the E60, it still kicks the W203's and W211's (and possibly the W212's) *** any day.
Hell, the base system in my E39 was almost better than (or on par with) the L7 system in my W211.

same when i got the w212 after my e60 , i was really upset because of sound system , not as crisp ,not as loud , and lacking a lot of BASS (i guess those speakers under seats do a good job in bmw)

Even the so-called "Bose" system in the Infinitis are crap. Absurdly and embarrassingly crap.
F10 is probably less than the E60, as far as sound quality. They took out the underseat subwoofers in F10. E60 still is the benchmark for in-car sound (clarity, mids, highs, lack of distortion, great bass, and seemingly endless volume). Absolutely amazing; if I could replicate that sound in my other cars (present and future), I'd have no need to opt for the "upgraded" B&O, B&W, Burmeister, etc. sound systems.

My friend got a 2011 f10 (i dont think it has a logic 7 , might be wrong , or if there was a way tell easily) and it still sounds much better than my w212 sadly.
MB stepped up its sound system game in newer models though....about time.
