Hey,
I keep getting an Auxiliary Battery Malfunction error on the dash. This points me to the little battery for the electronic shifter thats located under the dash. However, when I remove the panel there's no battery there!!!!

To add to berman2921, go to trunk, lift up carpet you should see a spare tire, the battery will be in the top left or right corner.

When I lift my trunk carpet - I see DEF tank 
Funny none of previous 3 members display his location, what creates confusion as the same models can be quite different on different markets.
