I rubbed with a 20" x 8.5" +35 and a 245/35-20 tire. I'm thinking the 19" x 9.5" +43 with a 245/40-19 tire will rub. The brand of tire is also critical. The Michelin Pilot Sports have a rounded sidewall so rubbing can be less.

Front wheels will fit (barely) a stock hight car, but once lowered, no idea.

Rear tires will definitely not fit at all. Front tires will badly rub.

I just checked the offset on my current wheels with a mirror

Rears are 18x9.5 Et45 275/35/18
Fronts are 18x8 et42 245/40/18

So new set up should be no problem at all I am assuming

19x8.5 front Et38
19x9.5 rear et43

Yes wheels will fit easily. Its the tires from the original post that won't (especially the rears).

The difference in sidewall between each of those tires as suggested and what you are suggesting is .4" , not saying that sidewall does not matter, but just so you know what the difference is.

That's s big drop. Is that from a luxury suspension or sport? Sport is already .7"'lower than luxury. You may want to drop it first and get some actual measurements once it settles. You may be forced to go with a lower profile tire.
