Hello,
I have a 2011 e350 coupe, and I believe my amplifier blew out (no sound comes out of the speakers on any mode anymore).
I found a replacement refurb for $205, but I wanted to run it by the community and see if it is a simple plug n play when swapping them out, or if it will require programming?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, this has been a persistent problem that I would like to solve immediately.
Thanks!

This is a very unique question. I've not heard of anyone swapping out the amp. I hope you find some answers as I'm interested to see your resolution. Good luck

The command wheel had a stripped wire which was shorting everything out, so in removing and replacing it, it caused a spark which led to my sound no longer functioning. That's what leads me to believe i shorted the amp out.Originally Posted by jahquan3

The display did not work for a while, until i reset that fuse (#11 i believe), then it came back without the sound.
