2011 E350 comand unit ESN
I recently had my comand unit replaced, but am still experiencing the same Bluetooth connectivity issues that were part of the original problem. When the comand unit was replaced, my Sirius traffic feature was still automatically connected, and the Radio ID/ESN shows up as the same number as before the unit was replaced. Isnt the ESN exclusive to the Comand Unit? Or is that number attached to the vehicle in some other way? Wondering if the Comand Unit was truly replaced.

Thanks for any insight offered.
