Fault Code Help 2011 E550W4

Fault Code Help 2011 E550W4
Looking at a 2011 E550W4. Clean Carfax yet appears to have entire left rear fender repainted with blending at the rear door trailing edge and left rear pillar. The Distronic plastic grille was clearly smashed by something backing into it. The AC also does not work.
Did not get a chance to test drive but did a quick scan with a ICARSOFT MB II code reader and got a whole litany of weird codes.
303438 (The fault code is not found in the database)
313530 (The fault code is not found in the database) - Parktronic
303330 (The fault code is not found in the database)
303634 (The fault code is not found in the database)
303534 < Activation frequency of emergency tensioning retractor function.
U103888 < Diagnostic CAN communication has a malfunction. Bus OFF.
373130 (The fault code is not found in the database)
323034 (The fault code is not found in the database)
2297 < The signal for the fuel pressure sensor of the low-pressure fuel circuit is implausible.
2301 < The pressure in the fuel low pressure circuit is too low.
P303130 (The fault code is not found in the database)
Is this a case of run away fast? With pretensioner activation I would guess it was in an accident.
Fuel pump or senor might be an issue. Still like to know what all the other codes mean.
EDIT: So my brain won on this one.
Even though the car was a bargain, one owner, was a late MY11 with NTG4.5, had every option except Night View...
I just did not have the time / could not deal with all the electrical / sensor problems, dead AC, and most of all the possibility it had a serious accident.
