anyone used valvoline full synthetic oil for an oil change and for the valvoline for a trans fluid change??
they have great warrentees if you do it at the recommended times they will pay a portion or all depending on how many miles You start with if your engine or trans gets damaged ...

I have used valvoline synpower 5w30 for years. I have 207,000 miles on my Hyundai Genesis and no oil comsumption, no engine problems. My E500 has 174,000 and no oil consumption and no engine problems, my old GMC Suburban(sold) had 196,000 miles and no oil usage and no engine problems. I use 5w40 Pennzoil synthetic in my E63. Its too difficult to find the 5w40 Valvoline Sysnpower

If they are on M-B Bevo list of approved fluids, and MY Dealer, or local shop recommended it, then yes! A franchised chain auto lube shop (Jiffy Lube, etc.) NO! I want somebody who works on cars like mine, with the right diagnostic tools. (M-B Star). YMMV

Most of the major brands provide some sort of warranty but I would think it's really going to be a battle to actually prove oil related failure. Valvoline is a great product. Actually these days most of the major oils are very good as applied to individual mfg specs.
