2010 MB E350 4-matic Sedan

Hey guys
I am new to this forum and have been a w212 owner for a short while. I have recently purchased my 2010 sedan e350 4matic with the sound system not working. I bought it in this condition so no warranty will cover this. Here's the details... any information is appreciated. Please keep smart remarks to yourself. I'm in need of help, not humility.
Details:
Fuse #67 Amber colored 40-amp immediately pops on contact when replacing.
According to my fuse diagram supplied with the vehicle, it's to the sound system. Fuses #67 (described above) and #69 25-amp does not pop or go bad. Located on rear SAM in trunk or passenger side.
Comand system fully functional with all settings working other than sound. Factory system and speakers to my knowledge.
I have tried to replace the fuse with the amp in trunk unplugged and it still pops. So I am guessing it could be a short to ground from maybe a speaker or component in this circuit.
Are there any wiring diagrams available to the public or in this forum, in the English language preferably, to help me trace this short? Please any help is appreciated. I cannot afford the $120/hr rate at MB.
Thank you for your time and efforts in advance.

I unplugged the N40/3 amp and I also unplugged the plug in the trunk just under the rear deck lid. I placed a 40-amp fuse into slot #67 and it still popped immediately. Should I try a different plug or am I testing it incorrectly.

How about rear SAM, remove and visually check wiring behind and over to amplifier.
