Windscreen sensor replacement possible?
Good evening,
I own a 2013 E220 (facelift) Elegance edition with the dynamic LED headlamps. The problem is that i figured out that my rain/light sensor on my windscreen doesn't have the 'Adaptive High Beam Assist Plus' feature.
Is it possible to replace that sensor with the one that has the A.H.B.A since i have the dynamic LED headlamps? If yes,how and how much will it cost?
P.S I'm not the first owner of this car.
Thank you!

It's not just a sensor. At the very least, the vehicle will have to be coded to interpret and act upon data from that sensor, and at the most, it may require different control modules. This is a question best posed to your dealer's service department.

Agree.. not just the sensor... but the software /program/sensor/hardware
first check with your dealer or mb indy shop to see if there is anything that can help via diagnostic computer
it might have sensivity nor even that auto option u want.
worst case they will just tell you that there is nothing can be done or its not cheap to do so.
