Question Replacing pano moonroof deflector?

Hi,

I just bought a 2012 E350 and really love it.

However it has a couple of issues I need help with.

First, the pano roof works great. However, when I open the moonroof, the deflector comes up as normal, but the "cloth" that hangs down from the deflector frame is missing. I don't know if the previous owner ripped it off after it came loose or what, but it is gone.

I found a replacement deflector online here:

https://www.getmercedesparts.com/par...&siteid=214660

I was wondering if replacing the deflector is something that can be done by myself, or if it was one of those "definitely take it to the dealer' things.

If anyone has any experience in this area I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks so much.

Step 5 - Remove left drip rail (2) on panoramic roof.
Does anyone have a writeup on how its done ?
I haven't taken a look at it on the car but I'd guess its bolted on somehow.
