I have problems with rear airmatic help please

Hello

Just now my car lowered both wheels in the rear.
It says in the display "vehicle rising"
waited for 5 mins and it dosnt rise.
I took off the car and I can hear the compressor working even when the engine and ignition off.
I had to disconnect the battery in order to get it to stop.
And when I connect the battery again it starts working again at once even when the vehicle is off.
Its a wagoon with air in the back and springs in the front.

Help please.

I would have the car towed to a local shop with M-B diagnostic capabilities. I would not try driving it, as you might cause even more issues. Good Luck!

Yes, get it towed. Your pump will burn out if you keep it connected, and then you will have to replace it in addition to whatever else is causing the leak (air spring, faulty air line, distribution block, etc.)

so It can be many different things causing the problem? When both go down at the same time and wont go up and the pump goes continues.

Thanks for answers.
