Question HELP needed

Hi all.

I have 2010 W212.
The issue I can't run car.

1. I can lock/unlock car with remote.
2. I can turn key to position 2, but nothing happened. Cluster still dark.
3. No error codes.
4. I did check Pre-fuse box. It is OK
5. Power on ECU, YES
6. no power of FUSE 6.
7. Check all power distribution. OK

Any ideas what it can be?

Thank you.

Have you verified the battery condition? It may show 12 volts but not have enough amperage to power much of anything else.

You said no power to Fuse 6 correct? Fuse 6 controls the engine electronics, fuel pump and starter according to the above fuse box diagram.

F6 = engine control unit, theft relevant part meaning to say only available through MB dealer.

OK reread original post, second key operational? No second key, remove key battery for several minutes in an attempt to reset. Still inoperable, check internal circuit board for damage if it looks fine key may need replacement
