my E-class engine not stable

E350 V6 2012

dear sir

before 4 days ago when i start my car and putting shaft on D mode The car started shaking as if the engine was not working properly then i connected the service kit and check it i found combustion in the sixth cylinder is not done correctly(the injector was defect) then replace it with new one and the problem solved but today But today the same problem is back ,,your advice please...

Agree, scan again and post code.
If even the new injector seems to have an issue then it may be a connector or coil pack.
