I would like retrofit Sat Nav NTG5.1 with big screen to my model W212 2010 year.
I bought already:
- Sat Nav Model NT5.1 CD
- Big screen (on back are 2 blue connectors)
- big frame
- I ordered Fakra cable but didnt come yet link here : https://www.aliexpress.com/item/New-...311.0.0.ogGIds
I dont have any cables to get run this because. In my old radio/cd its different connection cable for screen.
Can somebody help me what i have to buy or may somebody have a for sale? PLEASE

you new command is worthless without unlock code, even if you had it retrofitted by very experienced tech it could stop working when the time limit kicks in

Yes i got fitted and run NTG5.1. Got code so its unlocked. Great.
Problem now its that:
1. Command system required new joystick/controller because old one its not working with NTG5.1
2. Decided buy new center fwhere is new command controller. I have gear stick. So if I put new center without gear stick then I need steering gears on steering wheel.
Big problem is that need ISM Intelligent Servo Module for change gears P, N,R, D :/ My gearbox its 5 gears and cant fit this module on side :/ Such a big hassle with it,
No option. May its possible change gearbox which is together with this module around 300 pound second hand. or modify current controller (i seen it on this forum that somebody modify already like that)
DOES SOMEBODY HAVE DONE MODIFICATION IN W212 FROM AUDIO TO NTG5'1 ? ANY SUGESTION ANY IDEA?

I am in the same exact situation as you are. Would you kindly share in here the parts that you had to buy in order to get the unit working? basically the cable connecting the display screen to the head unit. the second cable that connects to the display screen which is different than the one that ships with the car originally. and anything else needed.
Any tips on things to do other if this is not a plug and play. easy? complicated?...
