W212 E550 2010
Exclamation Help Needed After E63 Kit Install

I just thought of asking the question here where someone might help. i have a W212 E550 2010, i installed the E63 kit like one year ago, with the original front bumpers and E63 fenders. the fenders are a little bit larger, and the wheels always look a little bit inside, is there any way to put them a little bit out other than using fenders? which part is making the E63 front wheel base larger the the E550? btw, the front rims are ET 36 .

2014 E550-sold 😩
Did you mean "other than using spacers?". I believe the suspension geometry is very much the same between the 550 and E63. Stock offset on the 550 with a 9" wheel is 45 and the E63 is 37, I believe. I am not sure what your wheel width is and the size tire you have mounted, I think the E63 uses a 255 width. I have the OEM E63 wheels on my 550 and because I have the stock fenders I ended up with the slightest poke up front. This is using a 245 width tire. Your only option is to get a more aggressive wheel offset or use spacers.

Sounds like you need atleast 5mm to 10mm spacers. Best bet if u dont want to spend money on wheels
