Hi Just got with message on my 2014 ML. How long will car run before I get new battery.

Forever. If you have stop/go or start/stop for cutting off engine at lights, then that won't work anymore. That replacement battery is costly. If you don't have that then it is just an inexpensive backup battery for electronic shifter. Hopefully either way you're still under warranty. Might want to check ML forum too.
