Wada you mean wont start--------we will need much more information, however based on the information you provided---did you put the key in the ignition and turn to start?

I mean after the head gasket replacement, engine cranks but wont start. There are no trouble codes registered in the ECM. The engine timing marks are perfectly aligned. I have 270 bar pressure on the rail while cranking. I did not register any voltage on the piezo injector harness while cranking. Question 1, do i need to check lanchester shaft alignment marks when doing cylinder head gasket replacement? question 2, How much voltage is sent to the piezo injector while cranking?

Sorry. Three out of four injectors miraculously died after the overheating episode. Still wondering how though. Will order for new ones. Thanks for the help.
