I have this very faint diesel smell. More like oil smell in the cabin. I get a whiff of it when I enter the car and through out the time while I'm driving it. Nothing too crazy but it's definitely there. Reminds me of my mom's old 300D from a long time ago. Again, nothing too crazy. Just a faint smell (I also have a sensitive nose like a dog).

I checked the engine bay and all checks out clean. Nothing dripping that I can see. I checked the DEF tank and all seem OK. I didn't look under the car but don't know what to look for. I wish I know where to look so that I can point it out to the dealer when I take it in but have no clue where this could be......

Yuck. This is a tough one because diesel doesn't evaporate much, so if you had some spill somewhere you might be smelling it for a while. Best of luck tracking this down.
